SUATUKALA is a community initiative based in Langkawi aimed at promoting the art of story-telling in any form. Founded in 2015, our base communities consist of school children and young artists residing in Langkawi, Kedah. SUATUKALA mission is to encourage self-expression, critical thinking and the development of artistic talent among the communities. SUATUKALA also directly involve Arts practitioners based in Kuala Lumpur to share their knowledge and create new works with the local communities and to be able to bring the works beyond the shores of Langkawi
