Oganization has been registered under the Registrar of Societies Malaysia on July 25, 2016, after long active activism in Chinese cultural and orchestra under the name of the Pertubuhan Kebudayaandan Orkestra Cina Ipoh. Up to today, association has 80 registered members and most actively active are underage to become an official member of the NGO.
